Executive Director, KHC
Sarah Coleman is the Executive Director of the Kentucky Horse Council and has been part of the organization since October 2020. She moved to Kentucky in 2004 to work with multiple equine- and agriculture-related publications.

Veterinarian
Sheila Phillips is the owner of Green Pastures Veterinary Services and opened the business in 2021. Aside from veterinary services, they also offer at-home euthanasia for large and small animals. Prior to this, she worked in a rural mixed-animal practice for six years.

Executive Director, KACD
Ms. Crystal Renfro joined the Kentucky Association of Conservation Districts in 2018 as the first Executive Director for the Association, with over 18 years of experience in working directly with Kentucky’s Conservation Districts and helping to improve and conserve natural resources across the Commonwealth.

Alex Campbell is the Assistant Manager of Farm and Finance at Long Vue Farms. Alex has had a passion for agriculture since high school when she joined her local FFA chapter while also working with her family's cattle herd and helping friends and family set tobacco each year.

Ashley Osborne is the Extension Specialist for 4-H Youth Development and has been for the past 7 years. Prior to that, Ashley was an Extension Associate for Environmental and Natural Resources Issues at the University of Kentucky for 13 years.

Josh Mitcham is an agri-tourism owner, artist, and musician that owns Jericho Woods, BigHead Studios, and The Randall Barn while also serving as Director of KY FFA Leadership Training Center and being a part of the Kentucky Department of Education.
