Connie Sizemore is the Administrative Secretary at Leslie County Conservation. She grew up gardening with her grandparents and attending 4-H events, so agriculture has been ingrained in her since her youth. After attending Hazard Community College and studying Forestry, Connie went on to have a career at Leslie County Conservation for over 25 years. Besides her office management duties, Connie also goes to schools and teaches students about the benefits of recycling and other sustainable habits and sciences.
Connie says a taking a business course or two could’ve been helpful to her endeavors, but she has some words of wisdom that anyone can benefit from….
“Get out there and play in the dirt, enjoy the fruits of your labor!”
